A lifelong explorer at heart, Dyan loves discovering new places around the world, cheering through every season of Survivor, and proudly embracing her math-club roots.
Dyan began her role at QCG in 2024 as VP of Operations Finance. Dyan partners with the operations executive team and shop leadership to strengthen financial acumen, enhance performance analytics, and develop reporting and metrics that drive QCG’s continued growth. Known for her passion for numbers and data-driven insights, she has been instrumental in shaping QCG’s financial infrastructure as the company has expanded.
With her career starting in 2001, Dyan has spent her entire career in the collision repair industry. She began at Sterling Autobody before joining Service King Collision Repair, where she advanced through several finance leadership roles and helped build the financial processes and reporting tools that supported the company’s growth. Following her corporate tenure, Dyan founded Shepherd Financial Consulting, where she provided financial guidance to clients across the industry.
Outside of work, Dyan enjoys being with her husband and their five children, whether at home or out making memories together.
