Before her career in collision repair began, Denise attended cosmetology school.
Denise Koukal is the Vice President of Operations at Quality Collision Group (QCG), where she oversees 14 LaMettry’s Collision locations, AVT, LaMettry’s Auto & Tire, Glass, and PPF locations. She brings over three decades of operational experience to the role and is a trusted resource across the company on operational efficiency, process development, and operational excellence.
Denise began her career with LaMettry’s Collision in 1992 while looking for part-time work as she returned to school. What started as a temporary opportunity quickly became a lifelong career path as she discovered a passion for the business and a desire to grow with the company. Beginning as a Customer Service Representative, Denise gained experience across multiple departments over the years and played an important role in centralizing operations and establishing procedures that supported LaMettry’s continued growth throughout the Twin Cities. Throughout her career, Denise has led numerous strategic initiatives, including OEM certification programs and compliance audits for the brand, helping ensure high standards and future-focused operational readiness. After LaMettry’s joined QCG in 2024, Denise embraced the opportunities and resources that came with the transition and continued building on the strong operational foundation she helped create.
Outside of work, Denise’s greatest priority is her family. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, parents, sister, and her puppy, Lucy.
