Steve Sikes is the Chief Revenue Officer at Quality Collision Group (QCG). He leads initiatives that connect QCG’s revenue strategy with its long-term growth plans, focusing on stronger relationships with manufacturers, insurance carriers, and other industry partners. His work supports QCG’s commitment to safe, OE-focused repairs completed properly and priced fairly.
Steve began his collision repair career washing cars in high school before learning to write estimates. He later entered the automotive glass industry, where he owned a business before helping a multi-shop collision repair organization build and scale its glass repair division. He eventually transitioned into business development, combining his experience in sales, operations, and leadership development to help organizations grow through strong partnerships.
Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist who loves the outdoors. He and his wife enjoy traveling, music, art, and cars, and share their home with three dogs.
