A devoted husband and father, Paul enjoys motocross and cheering on his children at 4-H competitions.
Paul Williams is the Chief Operating Officer at Quality Collision Group (QCG), where he oversees operations across the company’s growing portfolio of collision repair brands. With experience spanning automotive dealerships, collision repair ownership, operations and executive leadership, Paul brings a well-rounded understanding of shop operations, team development and the customer experience.
Before serving as Chief Operating Officer at Quality Collision Group, he gained experience building people-first, OEM-focused businesses with Brightpoint Collision as their Chief Executive Officer. His diverse experience across dealership operations, independent collision repair ownership, and multi-regional leadership provides a well-rounded perspective that is a significant asset to QCG as the organization continues to focus on operational excellence and OEM standards.
Above all else, Paul prioritizes investing in people, strengthening team culture and supporting employees at every level. He believes that nobody will ever work for him, but he will work with everyone across the company. In his role, Paul focuses on developing leaders, removing barriers for his teams and advancing safe, high-quality repairs completed according to manufacturer standards.
Outside of work, Paul’s greatest priority is spending time with his wife and their three children. He enjoys motocross and supporting his children as they participate in 4-H competitions.
