Mike Christman

VP of Operations

A die-hard St. Louis Cardinals and Blues fan, Mike loves playing golf, even if he’ll be the first to say he’s still working on his game.

Mike Christman is the Vice President of Operations at Quality Collision Group (QCG), where he oversees 15 Schaefer Autobody, Eveland Bros. Collision Repair Center, and First Class Auto locations across Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, and Florida. Mike brings decades of collision repair experience to the role, along with a deep understanding of shop operations, team development, and what it takes to build a strong culture across multiple locations.

After graduating from Ranken Technical College, Mike joined Schaefer Autobody in 1998 as a paint prepper at the Webster Groves location, the company’s first shop. Over the years, he advanced through a wide range of technical, front-office, and leadership roles, building experience across nearly every part of the business. From supporting the growth of young talent within the brand to helping open Schaefer’s O’Fallon location as General Manager, Mike has consistently led with a people-first mindset and a passion for the industry. He later stepped into regional leadership, where he continued strengthening operations and helping drive the brand’s long-term success.

Outside of work, Mike enjoys unwinding with family, listening to vinyl, and sipping on a good bourbon.
