Frequently Asked Questions

Feel free to reach out to any QCG location with additional questions.

How do you match my paint?

We use the paint codes from the manufacturer. These are located on your vehicle. All Quality Collision locations also utilize the latest computer technology so that your new paint precisely matches your vehicle’s original paint.

How long will the repairs take?

The repair time will depend on the extent of the vehicle damage. Once the shop receives the vehicle, they will produce an auto repair estimate and contact you within 24-48 hours to discuss it with you.

The accident was not my fault; why do I have to pay the deductible?

If an accident wasn’t your fault, you might be reimbursed by the insurance provider of the party who is at fault. However, you may need to pay the deductible on your own insurance until any reimbursement is paid.

What type of parts do your use?

We use OEM parts on every repair.

Do I have rental coverage?

Your insurance provider or insurance agent can confirm this for you. If you’re unsure whether or not you have rental coverage, we can still set up a reservation for you when you make an appointment. If you don’t have rental coverage and would prefer not to rent a car, you can always decline the rental during drop-off.

How much is my deductible?

Your deductible depends on your insurance policy. Your insurance provider or insurance agent will be able to give you further information about your deductible.
