A lifelong gearhead, Nino enjoys spending time with his five kids, deep-sea fishing, cheering on his sons at the ballpark, and playing pickleball with his wife.
Nino Sgro is the Executive Vice President of Operations – West at Quality Collision Group (QCG). He leads operations across QCG’s western markets, helping unite locations around a shared culture of operational excellence, team development, and uncompromising repair quality. Nino also strengthens partnerships by demonstrating the value of OE-focused repairs done right.
A Southern California native, Nino discovered his passion for cars through the region’s hot rod and racing culture. He started by sweeping floors at a local shop before learning welding and fabrication, later becoming known for welding roll cages for custom race cars. After completing an estimating course, he began his collision repair career at a Cadillac dealership body shop. He later worked on studio vehicles for Warner Bros. and advanced through leadership roles at independent and national collision repair organizations, ultimately serving as Vice President of Operations – North Texas.
Throughout his career, Nino has remained committed to craftsmanship, precision, and protecting customers through safe, accurate repairs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, watching his sons play baseball, deep-sea fishing, and playing pickleball with his wife.
