A proud Scotsman and rugby fan, Gavin is embracing Texas life and learning to love football while rooting for the Cowboys.
Gavin Renfrew is the Chief Financial Officer at Quality Collision Group, where he leads the company’s financial strategy and helps build the systems, processes, and teams needed to support QCG’s continued growth. He brings nearly three decades of international finance and business leadership experience across the automotive, technology, and professional service sectors.
Before joining QCG, Renfrew served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Copart. During his tenure, he led global finance and accounting teams and supported acquisitions, integrations, financial reporting, strategic planning, and large-scale business transformations. His career also includes finance and transformational leadership roles at Pitney Bowes and experience in KPMG’s audit and transaction advisory practices in both the United Kingdom and Australia. Gavin is a Chartered Accountant with extensive knowledge of SEC reporting and U.S. and U.K. accounting standards.
Gavin is married and has two daughters who are preparing to attend university in the United States. Outside of work, he enjoys discovering Texas wildlife, following the Scottish Rugby team, and learning more about American football.
