McKinney, Texas — Quality Collision Group (QCG), a leading operator of OEM-certified collision repair centers, announced the appointment of Steve Sikes as Chief Revenue Officer. The strategic addition to QCG’s executive leadership team supports the company’s continued growth and its commitment to shaping the future of the collision repair industry.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Sikes will lead initiatives that connect QCG’s growth strategy with its relationships across the collision repair ecosystem. He will focus on strengthening partnerships with manufacturers and insurance carriers while identifying opportunities that support the company’s brands, repair centers, and long-term expansion.

“QCG has reached an important point in its growth, and bringing Sikes into this role gives us the opportunity to be more intentional about how we build partnerships and position the company for the future,” said Jerod Guerin, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Quality Collision Group. “Steve understands the different priorities of the companies we work with, and will help us continue bringing those perspectives together while ensuring that our commitment to an uncompromising repair remains at the center of every decision.”

Working alongside QCG’s executive and operational leaders, Sikes will help develop a unified revenue strategy that supports the company’s broader vision. He will also strengthen communication with industry partners and demonstrate how OE-focused repairs, completed properly and priced fairly, can create value for every party involved.

Sikes began his career washing cars in high school at a small body shop before learning to write estimates. He later owned an automotive glass company and helped develop a glass repair and replacement division for several multi-shop operators. His career ultimately led him into business development, where he specialized in helping organizations scale their sales, operations, and internal leadership.  [SS1]

“What has always stood out to me about QCG is its OE mindset and its willingness to create its own path,” said Sikes. “The company has an opportunity to strengthen the connection between repairers, manufacturers and insurers while showing that safe, uncompromising repairs and fair pricing can work together. I am excited to join this leadership team and help build the partnerships and strategy that will support QCG’s next stage of growth.”

Sikes’ appointment represents QCG’s continued investment in the executive structure needed to support a growing national organization. By aligning its revenue strategy with its repair standards and developing stronger industry relationships, QCG is positioning itself to pursue responsible growth while helping move the collision repair industry forward.
