Newly Formed Experience Team to Drive Innovation and Enhance Client Engagement at Quality Collision Group.
McKinney, Texas — Quality Collision Group (QCG), a national leader in OEM-certified collision repair, today announced a key evolution of its executive leadership team with the appointment of Troy Hall as Chief Experience Officer (CXO). Hall previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer. His new title reflects QCG’s expanded commitment to delivering a unified quality customer experience across its rapidly growing national network.
In his new role, Hall will oversee the full spectrum of customer experience, unifying brand strategy, digital tools, operational touchpoints, and facility environments into a single, seamless journey. He will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end customer pathway.
“Troy has been instrumental in elevating our brand and aligning our organization around a higher standard of customer care and focus,” said Jerod Guerin, Chief Executive Officer of Quality Collision Group. “This title change both recognizes and formalizes the impact he has already been making across the industry.”
QCG also announced the addition to the Experience Team with Taylor Moss as Vice President of Strategic Development. Moss will lead the company’s AI initiatives and guide cross-departmental standardization efforts to ensure technology is intuitive, efficient, and a critical piece to the customer experience. His work centers on developing and deploying software solutions that simplify daily tasks, strengthen operational consistency, and empower employees at every level of the organization.
Moss brings a strong track record of innovation to QCG, having founded several successful software platforms and previously leading data-driven repair intelligence efforts at OEConnection. His blend of technical expertise and collision industry insight positions him to play a central role in shaping the intelligent systems that will support QCG’s next phase of growth.
“Taylor’s background in building smart, intuitive software for the collision sector makes him an ideal fit for QCG,” added Troy Hall. “His leadership will enhance our ability to deliver a modern and connected customer experience, supporting the strategic vision that has been set for the company.”
Excited by the opportunity, Hall and Moss aim to create a customer experience that truly sets QCG apart.
